Text messaging terms, in plain English
These terms explain our text (SMS) messages: what you may get, how often, how to stop, and the costs. The short version: texts are optional, you can stop any time, and we never sell or share your opt-in. Last updated July 10, 2026.
1. Your consent is optional
You only get texts from Florida AI Partners if you ask for them. On our website forms, there is a checkbox for texts. It is not checked for you. You check it yourself. You do not have to check it to get a quote, book a call, or get help from us. If you give us your number during a phone call or in person and we tell you we may text you, that also counts as your okay.
2. What texts you may get
- Replies and updates about your request or question.
- Appointment reminders and confirmations.
- Offers and news, if you opted in for those.
We send these texts from Florida AI Partners. We do not send texts on a topic you did not ask about.
3. How often we text
Message frequency varies. How many texts you get depends on your request and what you signed up for. We keep it to what you need.
4. Message and data rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Your phone company may charge you for texts. That is between you and your phone company. We do not charge you to receive our texts.
5. How to stop or get help
You can stop our texts at any time. Just reply STOP to any text. We will stop texting that number, and you will get one message to confirm. To get help, reply HELP, or reach us at [email protected] or (561) 566-6996. If you reply STOP by mistake, you can opt back in by texting START.
6. We never sell or share your opt-in
We do not sell your phone number. We do not share your text opt-in or consent with anyone else for their own marketing. We use it only to send the texts you asked for. To send them, we use a trusted messaging provider (Twilio) that acts on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more.
7. Carriers are not responsible
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our service and the law change. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above. Please check back from time to time.
9. How to contact us
